All guests are required to submit a copy of their government ID and sign a rental agreement to finalize their reservation. Note: We only require a copy of the ID and the renter agreement to be completed by the primary renter—the person who reserved the home and will be responsible for the rental. Please, no unauthorized guests in the home. Please be respectful of quiet hours of 10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. There is no smoking in the home, or within 20 feet of a door. There is also no vaping, drug use, or parties allowed. Golf cart and boat or trailer are regularly stored on site. Unfortunately these are not available for guest use.
