What lovely host with a pristine house! The pool was unusually big bc they have a great size lot in the back with room for a dining area, pool house & outside fire pit! Furthermore I left a personal item there that was expensive & Pinay contacted me immediately & let me race back to get it. She even offered to mail it to me! Very sweet! Swimming with manatees was the goal & it did not disappoint so book your bucket list trip & stay at Pinay’s lovely home

We had the best time! This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Crystal river. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need, (including lots of seasonings in the cupboard!) Beds were comfortable with extra linens for colder nights, and our family couldn’t get enough of the pool / pool house.
One of the things I had concerns about when planning our vacation was access to the pool and keeping my young kids safe, and I was so happy to see that Pinay had a safety net to block off the pool area. Having that second barrier gave us such a peace of mind.
The location is incredible. Our goal was to see manatees in January. What I didn’t realize when planning our vacation is that there are very few places that allow swimming & have water access during this time of year. By chance we booked a place within a 5 minute drive to the most beautiful beach where we swam in close proximity to tons of manatees every day. Kings Bay was fantastic- as was this Airbnb - thank you!

Had a wonderful stay and would stay again. Communication was great and extra directions were very helpful. The house was spacious and very well maintained. We had a group of 21 and did not feel cramped at all. All rooms looked just like their pictures. I feel the price point was appropriate as well.

This house was even better than the pictures. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the lake and an absolutely amazing view. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable.
The host was extremely responsive and attentive. The internet went down right before our check-in, but they handled it immediately even bringing a new modem so it was never an issue for us.
The kayaks and bicycles were a great bonus and added a lot of fun to our stay. The outdoor fireplace is beautiful, and everything needed to enjoy it was provided, making for some unforgettable moments. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and check-in was smooth and easy.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The only thing I wish was different was the temperature when we were there. It was a chilly couple of days and the pool was not useable as the heater could not keep up. Otherwise everything was quite suitable to our needs!

Pinay’s place was perfect for us. We were there to see the manatees, it was cold so there was more than 300 manatees in the Three Sisters Spring. The tiny house was in a great location to go to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs. Pinay had provided everything we needed and special treats for our stay. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay at Pinay's place
The house is big, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of linen, pillows and towels. 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). Very clean. The amenities were great, from the pool table to the amazing hot tub and the pool and all the huge screens were we enjoyed the Bears-Rams game.
The location is great, a very peaceful neighborhood, ideal after spending hours on the strip and casinos (10-15 minutes drive from the main attraction).
Pinay and Pon were very helpful, aways wondering if we were doing good or if we ever needed anything else (that we didn't because we had everything we needed). Check in instructions were simple and comfortable.
Close to the house (2 miles) we found the best diner (Lou's Diner on Decatur), that became our favorite breakfast place.
We would definitely recommend Pinay's house.

We loved our stay here! It is was perfect for our family of 3 with a small child. There were lots of toys and games to keep my 4 year old entertained. He especially liked the little teepee and the play kitchen. We would stay here again.

We had such a relaxing weekend here for my son’s 5th birthday. We never left the house and spent some time outside fishing and crabbing. Beautiful place and very peaceful.
