The City of Indio requires the primary occupant of a short-term rental to be an adult at least 21 years of age or older. We’re here to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 💧 Please note: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the pool and spa. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Our home includes pool alarms on all sliding doors to help families keep little ones safe. 👶 Traveling with young kids? We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair for your convenience. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, guests must bring their own crib sheets and other baby items. 💨 Desert Winds & Dust Even though the house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, desert dust can settle quickly-- especially after windy days. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use. This keeps the A/C running efficiently and helps minimize dust and debris inside the home. 🪳 Natural Wildlife While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained with regular pest control, this is still the desert-- you may occasionally see bugs or critters, especially if doors are left open or food is left out. Keeping things sealed and tidy helps! We may occasionally rearrange decor or make small updates to improve guest comfort-- thanks for your understanding! Also, we're embracing the desert vibe🏜️ at our Indio home and conserving water by letting our front and backyard go natural with minimal grass. It’s a practical choice for sustainable living out here! :) Please note that pool, pest and gardening services may occur before, during, or after your stay, as needed, to maintain a great experience for your getaway and future guests. Be aware that these services could take place during your visit to ensure everything remains perfect. We welcome pets 🦮with a small pet fee applicable. Please reach out to us if you plan to bring your pets. All the bedrooms have rugs and there are a variety of area rugs throughout our home. Many of our furnishings and all our linens are white fabric which requires additional cleaning to sanitize our house. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability. Under Airbnb policy, service animals are clearly distinguished apart from emotional support animals. For service animals, please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of professional cleaning and damages caused by pets, even if they are a service animal. This is on top of the cleaning fee. Please check with us first if you plan to bring dogs. One of our team members has severe allergies so we need to prepare in advance. Please note that guests with any unauthorized guests not included (including pets) in your reservation without prior approval maybe asked to leave without a refund- so let's keep the good vibes going and communicate if you have any changes! 😊 🏠This is a home, not a hotel: Our property is a private residence, thoughtfully prepared for your stay.
