Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may incur additional fees. 👥 Registered Guests Only & Roster Requirement: The total number of guests (including pets) must not exceed your booking limit. Unregistered guests are prohibited. To comply with local regulations, insurance policies, and community standards, the legal names and ages of all adult guests must be provided prior to check-in. In an emergency, an accurate roster ensures everyone's safety. 2️⃣5️⃣➕Age Requirement & Verification: The City of Indio and/or the Host require the primary occupant to be 25 years of age or older. The booking guest must be present for the entire stay. A government-issued ID check is required to verify identity and age upon arrival. 🔇 Strict Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Please respect our neighbors. Outdoor noise, amplified music, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited during these hours per city ordinance. Exterior cameras are monitored to ensure occupancy and noise compliance are abided by. 🚫 No Events, Parties, or Filming: Unauthorized gatherings or commercial filming will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. 🚭 100% Smoke-Free Property: No smoking or vaping of any substance (including tobacco and cannabis) is permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property grounds. Any evidence of smoking, including residual odors or ash, will result in an automatic $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🎉 No Glitter, Confetti, or Dye/Spray Tans: These items cause permanent property damage and are nearly impossible to clean. Use of glitter or confetti will result in an additional specialized cleaning fee. Use of 🛠️ Zero-Tolerance Property Care: We take immense pride in keeping Casa Luzia pristine. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for reckless behavior, structural damage (such as walls, doors, or fixtures), or vandalism. We’re here to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 💧 Please note: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the pool and spa. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Our home includes pool safety sound alarms on all sliding doors to help families keep little ones safe. 👶 Traveling with young kids? We provide a Pack 'n Play, baby bath tub, mini rocker, baby gate, baby walker, and high chair for your convenience. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, guests must bring their own crib sheets and other baby items. 💨 Desert Winds & Dust Even though the house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, desert dust can settle quickly-- especially after windy days. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use. This keeps the A/C running efficiently and helps minimize dust and debris inside the home. 🪳 Natural Wildlife While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained with regular pest control, this is still the desert-- you may occasionally see bugs or critters, especially if doors are left open or food is left out. Keeping things sealed and tidy helps! We may occasionally rearrange decor or make small updates to improve guest comfort-- thanks for your understanding! Please note that pool, pest and gardening services may occur before, during, or after your stay, as needed, to maintain a great experience for your getaway and future guests. Be aware that these services could take place during your visit to ensure everything remains perfect. We welcome pets 🦮with a small pet fee applicable ($150 per pet; Max of 2 pets for $250) which will be processed through resolution center. The fees cover the deep cleaning and sanitation that takes place when we host guest with pets. Please reach out to us if you plan to bring your pets. Under Title II and Title III of the ADA, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability. Under Airbnb policy, service animals are clearly distinguished apart from emotional support animals. For service animals, please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of professional cleaning and damages caused by pets, even if they are a service animal. This is on top of the cleaning fee. Please check with us first if you plan to bring dogs. One of our team members has severe allergies so we need to prepare in advance. 🏠 Our property is a private residence, thoughtfully prepared for your stay.
